Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (additional cost)
• International Shipping:
• Standard International: 10-15 business days
• Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and destination.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International Customs & Duties:
For international orders, any customs or import duties charged once the package reaches your destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on these charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Lash Varsity is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly for assistance.
Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used lashes.
Returns & Exchanges:
We only accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning your items, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily provide a replacement or refund. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the damaged product when contacting us.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
